LeBron James hit a running layup as time expired to lead the Miami HEAT to a 103-102 overtime victory against the Indiana Pacers in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals. James finished with a game-high 30 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists for his ninth career triple-double in the playoffs. The Pacers appeared on the path to an upset in the opening game after Paul George, who was fouled by Dwyane Wade, hit three free throws with 2.2 seconds remaining to make it 102-101. After a timeout, James caught the ball near the foul line and drove past George for the easy layup to clinch the victory. The HEAT had five players score in double-figures, including Chris Bosh (17), Wade (19), Mario Chalmers (10) and Chris Andersen (16).
